1. Promoter

The promoter of these prize draws is New2You Airsoft, operating in the United Kingdom (“we”, “our”, “us”).

2. Eligibility

• Open to residents of Mainland United Kingdom aged 18+.
• Entrants must have a registered account on our website.
• One free entry per person per prize draw.
• Employees, agents, and anyone professionally connected with the promoter are excluded.

3. How to Enter

a) Monthly Free Prize Draw

• Every registered user may claim one free ticket per month from their account.
• No purchase necessary.
• Entries must be claimed before the draw date shown on the prize page.

b) Ticket Prize Draw (“Spend” Draw)

• Customers receive one entry for every £5 spent on qualifying purchases.
• A free entry route is also available: any registered user can claim one free ticket for the current spend draw via our dedicated Free Entry page.
• Paid and free entries are treated equally when selecting winners.

4. Draws & Prizes

• Each draw closes at 11:59 PM on the stated draw date.
• Winners are selected at random using a verifiable randomisation method.
• Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternatives are offered.
• If a prize includes a replica firearm, the winner must provide a valid UKARA number within 28 days or the prize will be redrawn.

5. Winner Notification

• Winners are contacted via the email associated with their account after the draw.
• The notification includes a unique prize code (also viewable in the winner’s account).
• If no response is received within 28 days of the winner notification email being sent, the prize will be forfeited and re-drawn.

6. Fair Use & Disqualification

• Duplicate, automated, or bulk entries are prohibited.
• Creating multiple accounts to gain extra entries is not permitted.
• We may verify eligibility and void entries we reasonably believe to be fraudulent or in breach of these terms.

7. Data Protection

• Personal data is used only to administer the prize draws and contact winners.
• We do not sell or share entrant data with third parties for marketing.

8. General

• We may cancel, amend, or extend a draw if necessary due to circumstances beyond our control.
• Our decision is final in all matters relating to the draws.
